You provide directly:

• Name and email address at signup
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers)
• Athletic profile: skill level, DUPR rating, play format preferences, goals
• Assessment data: strengths, weaknesses, game results, practice notes
• Email addresses of people you invite for third-party assessments
• Phone numbers of players you add to your Scout contact list, used to send game invites via SMS

Collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies to maintain your session and analyze usage

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Provide and improve the Service
• Generate personalized practice plans and recommendations
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, billing receipts, trial reminders)
• Send marketing emails (with your consent — unsubscribe anytime)
• Analyze usage to improve features
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
• Send SMS game invites to players you organize games with (only to contacts you explicitly add)

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help operate PFM:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• SendGrid — email delivery
• Vercel — hosting
• Google Analytics — usage analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of PFM and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may access or update your information in account settings. To request deletion of your account and data, email support@pickleballforcemultiplier.com with subject "Delete My Account."

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell your data).

EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Email us at support@pickleballforcemultiplier.com with subject "GDPR Request."

7. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

PFM is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided us their information.

We use industry-standard security including HTTPS encryption and encrypted database storage. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
