Terms of Service

By using Pickleball Force Multiplier, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pickleball Force Multiplier ("PFM") at pickleballforcemultiplier.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PFM is a pickleball training platform providing AI-generated and custom practice plans, a curated drill library, game and practice performance tracking, DUPR rating history, third-party assessment tools, and game planning features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PFM. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pickleballforcemultiplier.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users receive a free trial with access to Pro features. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payment is processed by Stripe.

6. Third-Party Content

PFM aggregates drill content from YouTube and other third-party sources. This content is owned by its respective creators. PFM does not claim ownership of third-party content and displays it via YouTube's official embed player for educational purposes.

If you are a content creator and wish to have your content removed, contact us at support@pickleballforcemultiplier.com and we will promptly review and remove it.

7. DMCA Copyright Policy

PFM respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We have registered a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

To submit a copyright infringement notice, send a written notification to our designated agent containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our Service
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing PFM content without written permission
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Service's operation
• Impersonating any person or entity

9. Intellectual Property

All PFM-created content, branding, software, and features are owned by Pickleball Force Multiplier LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PFM IS NOT A MEDICAL OR FITNESS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL BEFORE BEGINNING ANY PHYSICAL TRAINING PROGRAM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PFM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@pickleballforcemultiplier.com.
